Thank you for thinking of Belconnen Community Men’s Shed. Your generosity helps us continue supporting our members and serving the Canberra community.

Donations of Tools and Materials

The Shed greatly appreciates donations of tools, equipment, materials and other useful items that can support our members and community projects.

If you have tools, workshop equipment, timber, hardware, electronics, craft materials or other items that you no longer need, we would love to hear from you. Many donated items find a new life in our Shed, helping members learn new skills, complete personal projects and contribute to community initiatives.

Before bringing items to the Shed, please send us a photo and a brief description of what you would like to donate. This allows us to assess whether the items are suitable for our needs, whether we have the storage space, and use for the donation.

While we are very grateful for offers of donations, we are unable to accept everything. Due to limited storage space, safety requirements and the nature of our activities, some items may not be suitable for the Shed. We therefore ask that you wait for confirmation from us before delivering donations.

To enquire about donating tools, equipment or materials, please contact donations@belconnenshed.com.au and include photographs and details of the items you wish to donate. A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Monetary Donations

Financial donations help the Shed continue providing a welcoming and well-equipped environment for our members while supporting projects that benefit the wider community.

Whether large or small, every contribution is appreciated and helps us maintain our facilities, purchase materials and equipment, improve member programs, and undertake community initiatives.
